Are you between 18 and 44 years old?

Pareto donors from this age range have the best chance for better patient outcomes. Studies show that when patients receive stem cells from younger donors, their long-term health is better than that of patients who received stem cells from older donors.

Do you have any health conditions?

Stem cell donations are most successful with a healthy donor. You may not qualify to join Pareto if you are diabetic, have a history of cancer, HIV/AIDS, autoimmune disorders, heart disease, hepatitis, or stroke

Does blood type affect eligibility?

Pareto donors can have any blood type! What's important is your HLA type, which is a unique set of proteins that your body uses to see if cells are part of it or foreign.
